May’s Tabin Adventure — Nine Mile Canyon
Our first BIG adventure in our “tabin” was a blast. We went to Nine Mile Canyon outside Price, Utah. Here’s A TON of pictures. Editing them down takes much longer than just uploading them all, so get ready….it’s a lot.
Here’s us at the campsite:
And now for the main attraction — Nine Mile Canyon, famously known as the “world’s longest outdoor art gallery“. Despite its name, the canyon is actually about 40 to 46 miles long and is renowned for hosting thousands of spectacular, well-preserved rock art panels—mostly petroglyphs—created by the Fremont culture and Ute people. Here are some pictures.
Our time in Nine Mile Canyon was so fun! Our first real adventure with the Tabin was a huge success. I’m so happy.
But before ending this post, I wanted to include a few pictures of the cutest little town we drive through en route — Helper!
You’d never know from the highway that this little downtown gem was there!
What a great trip overall. I love us!
